How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add to cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

Warranty Policy

Manufacturers Guarantee SlikSkin offers a guaranteed 9 month warranty from date of purchase against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. Not covered by this guarantee are damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping of the product or deliberate misuse. SlikSkin undertakes to repair or replace (at SlikSkin's sole discretion) the product at its expense. In the event of a defective product, SlikSkin will replace your item with a new one. Refunds will not be issued as part of the manufacturers guarantee, only replacements or repairs.

Cancellations

All orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse and a return has been initiated with customer service.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card.


How do I track my order?

Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will be notified by text and/or email. Most times, a tracking number will be supplied. If it has not, feel free to contact us so that we may supply one to you.



I made a mistake with my order. How do I change it?

We do ship internationally! However, not all items may be shipped to all countries.Please also check your country's regulations regarding receiving overseas liquid items, as they may confiscate the package upon learning its contents.
